Biographical / Historical
Office of Communication and Public Affairs (OCPA) formerly named as Public Affairs Office, officially established since 1 Dec 2011, and mainly responsible for the work in internal and external communications (including publications) and public affairs.
The current Office is reorganized from the previous Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs which merged the following two Offices as one single entity effective on 1 Nov 2009:
