Scope and Contents
This file includes correspondences between Yorke Allen Jr. with Dr. Henry S. Brunner, Head of Department of Agricultural Education, The Pennsylvania State University during July to October 1957, seeking the interest from the University in accepting the copies of two serials publications: Lingnan Science Journal and Lingnan Agricultural Review. This was initiated in response to Dr. Fenn's request to Lingnan to reduce the amount of space used in the United Board offices for the storage of Lingnan records. The Pennsylvania State University was chosen based on the consideration about the activities of Penn-State-in-China and the Groff Project with subject coverage relevant to the two publications.
The Pennsylvania State University indicated the acceptance of the whole set of two publications in the letter dated October 22, 1957.
