Scope and Contents
This letter documented Dr. Eric M. North's response towards the memorandum of the luncheon dated 1955-12-27, supplementing extra information to present the correct impression of the United Board's situation and attitude to have Trustees of Lingnan to become part of the United Board.
The United Board would continue their existing support to Lingnan until June 1957, should Lingnan decided not to accept their proposal.
