Scope and Contents
Edward Streeter cited another Supreme Court decision "Muriel B. Stephens et al., Plaintiffs, v. Domestic and Foreign Mission Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America et al., Defendants." on its potential referencing value for the latter claims for the property taken by Chinese Communist regime in 1951. Edward Streeter considered it as an interesting case for pursuing the claim for Lingnan property being take by Chinese Communists.
