Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains Dr. Lee Sui-ming's extensive research files on the history of Lingnan University during the re-organization of the higher educational institutions in Guangzhou, China between 1945-1952.
Files include the original works under Dr. Lee's authorship or editorialship, correspondences with 周鍾岐教授 and 謝扶雅教授 dated between 1985-1986, and letters to and from 周鍾岐教授 and 陳佐舜校長, assorted newspapers clippings and transcripts of speeches are also included. Some of these materials have been referenced for 《嶺南大學》 under his authorship.

Abstract
The item is the copy of the facsimile document in 1 page (page 2 of 3), which was sent to a number located in British Columbia, Canada, attention to to "耀珊, Barbara, 淑王京, 姑爺". The copy documented the coordination for organizing a meeting and reunion during 1997 November 11-13, in Victoria, B. C. ; Seattle, WA ; and Denver respectively. Leon Lau (劉良彝) would cooridnate the tour.
Existence and Location of Originals
Original copy was a piece of thermal paper with contents printed had been faded. Lingnan Archives transcribed most readable texts from this and reproduce the copy being kept in this folder.
